Fall coming to an end

S made coffee and a big breakfast for himself. I passed on coffee today opting for a tea. He headed to church at 9:30. There was a light dusting of snow that came down briefly. A reminder of the outside tasks we need to finish today. I caught up the blog. The dining light fixture was cleaned. An Etsy sale came thru for nut crackers and picks. They were packaged and shipping sorted. It seems the shipping was miscalculated on the Etsy site.

B and Cooper arrived after 12. S not long after. He took bison meat to a friend in Langdon to sample before he considered ordering some?? If only other stores offered full size samples right? He did bring me an iced coffee and pumpkin spice muffin, THANKS!

B went to ride Roo. I clear coated the high chair with a sponge this time. S pressure washed out a mini fridge he brought back. There seemed to be holes in the pit so he ripped down and smoothed everything out. B moved on to taking off shoes and trimming Roo's feet. I did some garden work and poop scooping. S had put a smaller round bale in the big blue tub on the shop side. This was a plan to allow filling 10 hay nets to hang around the paddocks. However it did not fit well. S scooped it back up and put directly on barn floor to try that way. I then filled more hay nets and loaded in ranger.

S organized the equipment on his side. He also smoothed the sand and rearranged bales skids. B fed Bird then removed her shoes and trimmed. I popped in to make a turkey casserole. B cleaned her boots to put away. S came in to watch hockey. While the casserole cooked, B and I along with Harley and Cooper, went and hung the 10 hay nets.

I then cleaned out the water trough with my boots then dumped it to drain and picked a pile of rocks before coming back. Just in time to add more cheese and remove tin foil and let bubble.

After supper B and I went and put the horses in the winter paddock. She walked out to redirect them to the now open house paddock. She Cooper and Gulliver (who she has bring bringing along for his outdoor time) were off. Sports, hot tub and reading rounded out our night.
