Deb heads south

Up at the sunrise, Deb was packing up the bags to head south. I made them a pot of hazelnut vanilla coffee for the road and filled their insulated mugs with water to keep them hydrated and packed their chocolate in ice packs to make the trip home without melting. She and Mary were all loaded up and on the road before 6 am.

Time for me to get some writing done, I wrote a tutorial on the spray painted pots for my blog and Hometalk finishing this by after 8 LOL On to the bedroom suite. All 3 pieces were painted the final coat of warm white. In between the nightstands and bed frame I went out and fed all the horses. The day was so lovely out with sun, a bit of clouds and no wind.

Good time to spray paint the scrubbed up nightstand hardware.

When the paint was dried all the pieces were hand sanded smooth, hardware put back on, backdrop hauled over, photos snapped then the bed was taken apart and moved to the side.

Back out to give Bird her gastro tube and weed the back flower bed. The welcome rain seemed to have hatched some darn mosquitoes so after an hour I came back in and worked on editing photos and got Saturday posted. I had a smoothie at lunch but with a few healthy snacks I was running low on calories left so made a green one for supper. HMMM without fruit it is not so bueno lol.

You sure get allot done in a day when you are up at 5:15 but it is a long day to go with out snacks lol and by 8:30 I decided to soak my achy bones in a hot bath with a green tea. I was perusing YouTube when Shaina got home around 10. She got busy doing programs so I went back to my iPad after a short visit. S rolled in at the usual 11, opened mail and hit the sheets.

Here is Shaina's new private gym, photo cred to Jacob!

Here are a few pictures Debby took when in Oyen
