caps for two above and see where she scrubbed her head below her ear trying to remove her mask?
Shaina was back at 10 and whipped us up some scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach for breakfast. Thanks Dude! She then went for a nap and I to mow the lawn. I so dislike mowing when it is 50/50 dirt and so dry as it is like riding in a tornado ;(
Back inside I finished painting the bed frame the 2nd coat of primer and celebrated with a cold 67. Shaina was rousted to go for a ride. The weather turned dark in places and blustery but no rain.
We fed and supplemented the horses and put them away. Inside I cooked up a chicken with roasted veggies early supper as she has to leave by 5. We enjoyed it finishing up in time for her to make it to training.
I changed and ran to town to catch the last half of Asher's baseball game before celebrating Archer's birthday.
The rain started to sprinkle as his game ended just before 8. Ada and I scooted back to the house where we enjoyed homemade chocolate cake and ice cream. YUM. Shaina even popped over for a piece after her classes. She and I headed home after 9, her to Calgary and me the ranch. The rain was here which was so welcome even if not full force. It rained thru the night too for about 2/10ths.
