New chair SOLD

I let H out when Britt dropped Cooper off after medicating Roo and Switch (who is now sick as well) at 6:50 am and she put them back inside soon after when heading to work. All went back to bed till after 9. S had a call with a buddy to chat prostate cancer then a call with the surgery nurse to go thru details at 10. I started laundry then worked on the blog posts finally finishing the day S sunk the ranger and his birthday post.

After lunch S ventured out in the 30 degree heat to cut the old hay field on the south east side. I started the wooden chest in blended purples then went out to water the garden. This led to pulling many of the zucchini leaves but man it was smoking hot out. 

S finished up cutting the field at 3 then he and I gave H a bath. S then was off in the ranger to shoot gophers as well as stopping at the neighbors who had gifted me 2 little tables.

The gal interested in the latest accent chair arrived at 4:30 as S was back and feeding H to keep her busy. I was so happy this chair sold within an hour of posting and the gal showed up as planned. He helped me lay out the "cleaned" living room rug then hit big brown to rest as I prepped veggies for supper. A delicious steak supper was underway when the Dr M; radiologist oncologist called. I managed cooking the steaks without burning them but had a call from Mom who was concerned with Dad after chatting with him. I ate quick while S finished the call then I zipped into Sagewood. 

Dad was frustrated with being stuck inside on covid quarantine so we sat and chatted then walked the floor for a couple hours. I headed home at 9, S was watching ball downstairs till midnight. I tried to finish Blown Away series but was getting tired so shut off and called it a day.
