Cleaning continues

The days are getting longer, yeah! Today the cleaning continues after my morning cappuccino and marketing quick. A shower was not well thought out before letting kitties out but luckily it was sunny and I had a hoody to pop over my wet hair.

The last items were sorted from the laundry cupboard, a box created for thrift store and the vases sorted thru again as I remembered I was planning on creating a plaster look with some. I set myself a date of March 1 to do this and see if I will indeed need the 2 boxes. If not they will join the one box for my flower growing friend. Trash was collected from all the rooms and loaded up to go.

A gal stopped out to get all the boxes we had stacked up which really helped the cleaning process as well. I loaded up leaving H to nap and was off to town before 1. Trash to the dump was first order of business then dropping off the Paetz's dehydrator. No stop and visit this time as it turns out the kids had a covid case on their bus so they have to quarantine for 2 weeks now. But get this, the school says Archer can still go to school as he never rode the bus?? What?? No wonder this virus is still going around if this is AHA advice for schools.

Next I dropped off a huge stack of Styrofoam trays/containers I had been saving at the school for arts and crafts. I was very happy they were able to be used. Seeing I was near B's I stopped and let Cooper out to pee and put his TV back on. My next stop was to restock beer and Bailey's, drop a box at the thrift store then grab groceries. My last stop was to get a chai tea and gingerbread muffin then set off home. 

At the gate I left the huge bag of makeup, shampoos and skin care for a gal who said she would pick up later this afternoon. I unloaded groceries and ate a salad for a late lunch as now after 2. While enjoying my tea, I wrote a Hometalk post for the MCM table. Then I took Harley for her walk, scooping baler twine from the horse hay and refilled the mineral tub before playing a bit of fetch. The sunshine was lovely to have all day even if only hovering around zero.

The garage was my next chore sorting boxes, packing peanuts, shredded paper, air packs and bubble wrap into organized sections again. H was taken out for a brush before the sunset and the kitties were put away. Then the next chore was cleaning out the fridge. Supper was leftovers and an ice tea then time to do some computer work while watching The Good Fight. I continued the series in bed then started season 8 of Wentworth watching 2 of them shutting the lights off just before Shaina arrived home around 11:30.
