B and Cooper arrived around 12:30. I was testing the new Roomba, seems noisier but better pattern for sure. We headed to town to hit up the thrift stores. I found a cheese plate with glass cloche and she a glass measuring cup at the first. The pawn shop had lots of neat antiques but of course priced accordingly. At the ladies consignment store she found some jean shorts.
Time for an iced coffee, thanks B! She picked up a sub for supper and before going home we circled back for her to advance vote. I will wait for the prince and vote Tuesday. We also took a tour thru Peavy Mart looking for a curry brush she wanted with no luck.
We were back at the ranch by 3. I sanded the dresser base quick. With a bit of coaxing I got B motivated to ride even though the clouds rolled in and it was a bit blustery. We rode in our pasture taking the dogs along then lost them to gopher searching and we went to the round pen. Feet were tweaked and snacks given before they were set free.
Inside it was now 6 and time for supper. Mexican supper with tortilla soup and freshly made guacamole. Relax time for B and a bit of marketing for me before she was off before 8. She is working tomorrow a full real work day, not just testing at the track like last weekend. I updated my letter board above with a new quote.
As I was writing the blog after she left I got a confirmed no from the hairdresser (coincidentally after the price was stated ;( which is the same price I paid her for my hair color/cut) Oh well, onward. I also got a message from Todd L wanting to purchase this little table and looking for an armoire. Well that is promising.
Then Cooper and I were off to bed where I started season 2 of Sabrina watching 3 episodes before calling it a night.
