I had the internet repair man show up and point us at another new tower, lets see if this improves our service, fingers crossed.
The sun broke out around 1:30 as I headed out to brush the dried poultice mud off the horses legs and ride Switch. It was a warm ride at 26 with the sun out but the wind blew so offset it a bit but made wearing a hat impossible.
Back to the stools, I did touch ups and buffed then continued work on the frames. Hoping to get a stencil video done with the jumbo stencil I plan to use on the deck I went out to scrub it down. When I hosed it I also washed Lola who still reeked of dead animal. I think she was happy since now 27 degree warm out and the cool water felt good. The wind however was not conducive to try and lay the stencil down so that was kyboshed.
In preparation for this weekend I started to get a few things ready including making a homemade fly repellent with Avon skin so soft, the last I have on hand. It and apple cider vinegar with water and some essential oils.

To surprise Britt for supper I made homemade pizza but when she got home late at 7:20 she surprised me saying she was off to OJ's to meet friends, no supper needed ;( Laundry was finished up and I was black waxing the frames when Aaron arrived after 9 to pick up Lexi. B was back home not long after he left and headed to bed.
While getting Lola in I spied the reason for the dead smell she has had for a few days and probably why they are going to the highway a hoof and a leg of a deer? GROSS, so after putting her in the garage I cleaned it up much to her dismay come tomorrow.
S was home after 11 and not much later fast asleep as I watched another Handmaids Tale.
