photo sorting while it rained

It was B's lucky day today, she did not have to be to work till 10. I was up at 8 and made coffee and she was out the door about 9:15. I spent the morning outside planting more pots, perennials, weeding which included hand mowing areas and putting some horses in temp and new paddocks to mow and work on separation anxiety. Of course even on a good day Bird doesn't eat so choosing her to get the lushest clean up duty was a mute decision ;) I was going to mow but ground is pretty wet with more to come they say so put off sticking to weeds and new plants. Of course all salt tubs needed a refill and some kelp was put out too.

I was pushed inside at 12:30 as the rain started. Good thing I was out this am as my plants will all be watered in well..if they survive the ruddy wind. It was then odds and ends jobs all afternoon, like glue broken candle holder ;/, tidying, make hamburger soup, endless laundry,

I did brave the elements to move Hawk back to a paddock as he was quite distraught being alone and in a rain storm. What an ugly day it turned into. They finally called the tournament Shaina was working, sadly it is the biggest tournament of the year so hope tomorrow is better weather.

Juggling dresser sales was a chore, the one gal could not get a truck so passed and the 2nd said would be here at 5 but did not get directions till 4:30 then rearranged for the morning, hmmmm.

Do you follow our polocrosse page? I just added a simple break down of the game and the rule book. Today was to be our first practice on the field but mother nature needed to water our hay instead. That is ok ;)

I wrote up a post for the bread box on Hometalk after I had posted it live on blog a few days back and have been adding to link parties. Finally I got down to a job I have been procrastinating for literally years and even for most of today, photos. I have had these 1000+ pics for a year or so and keep putting on a snowy/rainy day list.

This is 2013... just one year .. and the hesitation is they are all out of order once printed so have to go back in order before going in albums. It requires looking thru the computer folders and also adding others in that might be given to me. I FINALLY finished up at 2 am but then proceeded to watch Netflix till just before 3, silly me. The rain let up about midnight ;)
