S off to Flames game

We had the usual start to the day then after 1 coffee I headed out to paint the stairs a second coat with my second after 9. Sheldon loaded up the trash and was off to town taking recyclables in too before his doctor appointment at 10:30. Mom had breakfast, curled her hair and made phone calls before setting off to see Dad at 11. She is off to an ag meeting in Crossfield for supper then home tonight. 

Once I finished up the stairs I came in and published the white cabinet tutorial. Then it was sharing, sending etc. I brought the tiles in from the garage adding dark, copper and bronze waxes. I think they are finished for pickup this w/e. S stopped at the lab to get his tests done too. I was working on the blog when S arrived back home before 1 bringing Vietnamese food for lunch. 

After eating S hit big brown and I went out to put the clear coat on the stairs. I tried adding the transfer to the chair seat but had bad luck so looks like another repaint. 

S and I then went for a hot tub before he showered and headed to the city for a Flames game before 3:30. He picked up a young Aussie gal who Shaina was out to meet last week and meet Matt at his work in Chestermere. Cassie was their nanny a few years back and client/friend of Shaina's who will be dropped at airport to fly home on way to dinner before hockey game.

I did banking, added biz labels to tiles/vanity then headed out to put a durable coat of clear on the stairs then work on the dining table. It also got a clear coat brushed on, H was fed and horse feed soaked. The chair seat was sanded and more paint added. I came in for the last meatball for supper while watching The Voice.

The clear coats had a bit of the paint color added to help reduce any streaks.

Back out to the garage to prime the shoe rack seeing there were dark stains from water damage?

I was just finishing when B was out before 7:30. We put the flea/tick meds on the cats and she put them away as the horses ate. I gave Harley her flea/tick pill too. B noticed Roo seemed to be foot sore so brought her in and gave her bute. I went out with a stethoscope and assisted her in putting hoof boots on. After she put Roo back out she was off for home and I inside to eat the leftover Vietnamese lunch while watching Great Canadian Baking Show.

I moved to bed to get warm and watch iPad starting a new series called From Scratch. Sheldon got home just before 11 as I was watching and made a bacon tomato sandwich and other leftover snacks seeing they only ate nachos for supper. The Flames won so he was happy and glad to see Pittsburg play for the first time. We switched to watch The Watcher but after 1 episode he was asleep, so I started another new show called High. Oh My, being a drug mule is not good.
