city trip and some rain

Today miss Ada turns 5!! I gave her a call via FaceTime to with her a happy cake day. She gave me a tour of her room and the stuffies she was taking to her school PJ party. Such a sweet little one she is. Hope you have a fabulous day XOXOXO

The day is overcast and gloomy. I went out to put out hay, dose Switch and treat her foot, S retrieved the ladder for me to source my Ty stuffy supply above the door and unhooked the trailer. I got the gifts together for tonight ready and loaded and after lunch we headed into the city. Half way in the rain finally started. We took the truck to move Britt's remaining furniture home but it looks like not today. Plus we really want rain.

we stopped quick at a health food store to pick up a few things and looked at Home Depot for some pieces I needed then were off to Sheldon's specialist appointment. He was pleased to find out he would not need surgery and suffers from non allergy rhinitis, nose spray and a prescription and we were off. Seeing it was 3 now and we could not get the furniture and we had some time to spare we stopped at a restaurant I had been wanting to get to called Anejo for a margarita and some delicious appetizers.

Before we headed east we stopped to see where Shaina worked at Home & Away for a drink and quite a few games of jumbo connect 4.

Then it was time to head east, in the rain to Strathmore to celebrate miss Ada's big day. Sheldon enjoyed a hot dog before we had yummy cupcakes. The kids were full of celebration energy and very entertaining. Britt popped in for a hot dog and cupcake after stopping at home to see Cooper after work.

We all headed home after 9, perfect timing to make my market ticket draw. Amanda was the first winner but graciously passed as they may go to O that w/e. The customer who just bought the chair and frame was the official winner.
