Moving Day

Today's project is to load more then moving the trailer contents to the city. I have arranged today to fit everyone's schedule. Kaylin was off to work at 6 and works till 3:30. Shaina took the day off to move but didnt sleep well so was slow to get moving. She did eventually getpacking up her room.

I continued my laundry, blogging and accounting tasks. Shaina and I loaded up the boxes and after Sheldon and I got ready for our comedy night we were on our way at 2:30. We stopped to fill with fuel and vote, Shaina for the first time since becoming eligible then made our way to the site. We made one stop to grab a mattress and K's big TV stored at a friends before arriving at the new digs at 4. Kaylin was waiting and within 50 minutes we had it all unloaded into the new place.

Amanda L arrived and the girls got started on organizing and we made our way to the next portion of the day. Supper at Chili's (which is closing 8 stores in Alberta) then scooting over to the Jubilee for the Investors Group comedy night. Lots of laughs as per usual were had, thanks Craig and Steve.

Now for the last stage of the organized day, to the airport to retrieve the European traveller. We swung thru Tim's for a chai to enjoy while waiting for her.. with a horse trailer at the airport. She landed on time at 10:20 but it took almost an hour to taxi, get her bags and get to us as we maneuvered thru the traffic with the long load. She quickly changed and bagged her stuff at an empty bus loading zone. the security was not ver accommodating at all but soon we were on our way home.
