Easter Sunday

Happy Easter everyone!! Diego wanted out before 8 but I jumped back in bed and slept another hour ;) Then it was time to get busy. I got many pieces worked on again today, with not a soul home it was me and my work, oh and 2 pick ups, one the nightstand and another more frames purged.

 the bread box got sealed, glazed and sealed some more ready to stage when all dry later today

Easter naps for the ponies

Back to the writing desk while the pines dry, the missing portion on the back required filling so in my stock I sourced some options, curvy, square or flat, Jessica chose flat

 now that most is all together and repaired and sanded time to stain the front drop door in java

then next to be stained the garbage can.. the plan for color changed on it to all solid stain

then Brandi's trunk, Britt got home at 4 from sleepover and work, walked the dogs, fed Julio, started laundry and then had a nap.. late night lucy!

By now it was 7 and time to eat something more than my Easter bread with butter so I cooked up our Easter feast.. what else.. eggs! scrambled with garlic toast and beans, always a fast yummy meal. Britt joined me then finished laundry while watching more Dexter.

A cold beer while sharing my day with you and I believe a big old hot tub will be next. but not until after I went back out and spackled the box area on the desk. Britt whipped up some boxed brownies, yum!  Hope your Easter was lovely. I will be cooking turkey yet this week but my day was perfect. Hoppy Easter all!
