Today we celebrate Easter. Last Sunday Sheldon was at work and did not get turkey nor did Britt and I so I organized all the girls and Aaron, Grama & Papa to have a supper to celebrate and today was the day.

Before everyone arrived it was time to get some things done. I went to the garage and put rub on poly on the darker desk and the base of the old school. Another coat of stain was put on the top but it did not take any darker so time to dry. The "feet base" boards I took to the shop where Sheldon was moving things around for the spray guys and sanded them in there as not to disturb the poly. We moved a couple of big tack trunks together and I fed Julio on way back to garage.
Time now to shower up and get the turkey stuffed. Sheldon was back in too and gave me a hand with the turkey. He kindly washed up dishes while I got vacuuming. I was still vacuuming as Grama and Papa arrived at 1 ;) Lots to catch up on since they have been gone since before the new year. Craig L stopped to get his trailer an pick up another black board, he brought his little daughter Kira and they joined us for a visit as well.
Britt was home after working grabbing potatoes for supper, thanks B! Craig was loaded and off and Kaylin, Shaina and Aaron were here around 5:30. And yummy it was.

Around 8, the Calgary group loaded up Jessica's writing desk and were off, Grama and Papa close behind heading the other way. Sheldon hit the bed to watch TV while I went out the the garage. Time for another coat of poly after I cleaned out one of the new cabinets I got and rearranged stuff to fit it in and continue organizing the work area.
