the washboard finished ready for drop off
Sheldon started putting up the wide planks on the new shelter. We took a break from both to run to town getting groceries, Rona supplies, drop off a customers piece, grab a tea, pick up a couple new purchases and get the sausage making supplies. The list seemed short but took over 2 hours!
On the drive home it was not long before the mirror on the dresser snapped and smashed. I cleaned up all the shards and we took them to the dump just down the road aways then off to the ranch. Britt was just pulling in the yard stopping to say hi to the horses as we drove in.
The day was another beauty hitting high of 14, so hard to believe it is going to go down to that number below zero as a high! Sheldon quickly finished the other side of the shelter boards, put out a bale and loaded 3 more bales for the customer while I cooked a roast chicken with our beets and potatoes, oh so yummy!!
Kyra came over and after 8 they headed to the city for a movie. Sheldon and I watched more SOA and when the girls got home just after midnight the fog and light dusting of snow was rolling in.
