chinook

Thursday is no longer sleep in day for Britt, she was up at 630 getting ready to head to the vet clinic by 730 to put in a couple volunteer hours before school. I of course wake when she does as her alarm is a bit louder than could be. Coffee and creamer and on to the day, Sheldon was rolling out a bale by 8:30. It was already plus 8 and forecast to get warmer. Cloud cover made it dreary but it was warm so he moved a few bales closer to the road for a customer to pick up today and broadcast grass seed around the yard.

I hand painted the two growth rulers then spent a couple hours doing accounting ;(. Sheldon ran to the city to pick up more lights for the shop in the sunshine now plus 15 day. The snow is melting like crazy. They say next week high of -16!! WTH By mid afternoon it was all gone
I poly'ed the rulers and scrubbed up a new frame consigned for a neat artwork hanger. It was then time to get painting it too.

I did think I best bring in the harvest as soon as the snow melted and today is that day. WOW I grew some big potatoes, carrots and beets not so big :-) Fry up some fresh potatoes for supper indeed!
this is not even the biggest potatoes!
B worked again after school, tanning salon perhaps? A bale customer returned to load 3 more. After supper it was more series watching.
