B gets new car

After our coffees S and I had a zoom meeting with Craig for our Investors Group portfolio. I flitted in and out prepping to go to the city and get ready. B, Coop and Gulliver arrived mid morning. She took the dogs for a walk as they will be home alone till after supper. We finished the oyster soup for lunch before heading off.

A stop in town to get B’s bank draft and a tea for the road. B original pickup time was 3 but they called ad moved to 5. This gave us time to drive across the city and visit with Kaylin and Nathan and get some snuggles in with Renn. She is growing fast and getting so strong. She is not a fan of laying on her back assuming a crunch position in hopes of sitting up.

The ruler gal stopped there to get her 2 rulers. Shaina arrived to join the visit. Nice to have all together even if a short while. The dealer called to say car was now ready for 4 pm. We said our goodbyes and off before 3:30. B’s new car was all ready to roll. She got the entire walk thru and services included which took about an hour. When she moved to the finance guy to finalize the purchase S and I took off.

 

It was 5 pm. We stopped at Pacini’s for an tasty Italian supper. Next stop was Costco for a few stock ups and a few extras ;) B was home ahead of us before 7 feeding the dogs. Thanks. She pulled her new car in and set up features and put a new car seat cover on for Coop. She grabbed takeout on her way home. She was finishing up when we got home before 8.

Costco unloaded, delivered dog food put in freezer and a couple dishes then S hit the hot tub. B and her pets were off and I did quick marketing. S was back in for sports and I selling Sunset on Netflix.
