Travel day
Harley put her sweet mug on the bed at 4 but seeing S got up to pee he let her out to as well. He was back up a 6 to Pete then both our alarms went off at 6:15. A quick dress, coffee, Harley fed and the cats door open, bags loaded and we were on our way at 6:45. Luckily S asked if I ha packed sunglasses as we pulled out, be damned if I had none and this happened last Cabo trip too. Good save sir.
This little dog made me think Harley might be needing her own seat compared to this little guy
We arrived in great time at the Mercedes dealer just after they opened at 7:30. Forms signed, bags in the shuttle car and we were dropped at the international airport doors. Luggage tags were printed, loaded and thru security and we were in chairs at the departure gate with a tea I grabbed us at Tims in less then 15 minutes!! Now to wait for a couple hours to take off. I watched the last 2 episodes of McLeod's daughters and what a mistake, one was soooo sad so tearing up in an airport looks awkward.
We boarded and were luck enough to have no one take the aisle seat. The plane was off at 10 but had to deice. Lift off was 10:20 with S already napping. The 3 ½ hour flight went fairly fast surprisingly. S watched a movie which he was soon again sleeping while I started Black Widow but ran out of power to finish as my power and ear phones are same outlet. I thought I saw Dr Jordan (B’s old boss) in the back then While going to the bathroom I was positive it was her but she did not look up from her computer and with a mask I was not 100% to say hello. The plane was ¾ full, full service was provided with food and drink. Masks are so far the only detriment to travel.

Once we landed at 2 pm ahead of time, we had to load a bus to take us literally 150 feet!! It was hilarious the time it took to wait for it, load , and drive over. Again I saw Jordan and bet S 1000 it was her. The one up to immigration was huge but moved fast, the luggage line not so much. Declaration I hit green so it was fast and bus transfer to hotel was slow but at least we were outside able to take off mask and stand in the sunshine. The transfer van finally loaded and left at 3:30 and delivered us second to our hotel. Foot sanitizer, temperature check and check in along with a welcome drink then followed the bell o to our room #1419 it was after 4.
fancy bon bons that did not taste so fancy :)~

It was so nice to see the sea, sand, sun and vegetation. We grabbed a beer from the fridge, pulled on sorts and set out for a snack. It ended up being a burger and fries at 4:30 then a drink to take to the beach. We relaxed here watching the "cowboys" and their horses and the beach vendors hawking their wares. We walked the beach west then back to enjoy a drink on the premier deck. It is a bit chilly surprisingly so off to the room where we put on our suits and went to the hot tub to warm up.
Back it was another cold beer after a shower off then dress to head down for our 9 pm dinner reservation which we arrived a bit earl too. It was seafood night and so very good but so full after stuffing tight food and rinks for the last few hours there was no room for dessert. We headed back to r room where I stretched out to catch up the blog and S watched the Expendables.
Sheldon took some hotel evening shots
