Winter returns

What a difference a day makes in Alberta. The ground was snow covered when I got up at 2:30. The wind was blowing snow still when I let H out around 7:30. Looks like winter has returned for a week or so, Boo. We need the snow but not the cold. I played brains games and worked on the blog in bed till S woke and prepped coffee. Friday in Cabo was published as well as BBQ Monday. Doing the posts out of order sometimes makes it hard to see all so hope the links help.

Shaina called upset having missed her plane due to Uber delays and closed check in 45 minutes before her flight. She now has to figure out how to get on the next plane east but in the end she went home with no option to reschedule and $$$ new bookings. I got back to work on blog posts and sorting tutorial photos. S went out and rolled the horses a bale in the house paddock. He shoveled the walk too but it filled in quite soon. He also brought Jenkins in who was hunkered down in the straw bale full of straw and snow. Stella would not come in garage. Harley's food was delivered as we were eating lunch.

S hit big brown for a nap after reviewing his online auction bids. I continued cleaning up my photos. I finished up and published Cerritos beach day and yesterday. I finished my fainting & rest days and will share tomorrow. I only have 3 Cabo days left to share. B was out after 2 to feed. She had left Cooper at the vet to get a lump removed. 

We all headed out after 3 after I fed har early. We dropped trash off and a bank form before stopping at Britt’s. Dave has been trying to fix the dishwasher door. We checked it out and found the front legs screw up allowing it to pull out and NOT rip out any flooring. Yeah! He was then on to installing new art and we set off to arena. We met B with Cooper just arriving home.

I dropped S at the arena for his parent vs kids game with Archie. Archer was stoked to have him come. “UNCLE SHELDON!! HEY EVERYONE THIS IS MY UNCLE SHELDON! Now that makes a guy feel good and welcome. I went and had my bloodwork done, grabbed a tea and back to watch the hour fun game with Amanda.

After we all headed to Boston Pizza to take them out for a celebration supper. We had a snug (me/Ais/Archer/Sheldon on one side of the booth) great time with the littles and Amanda visiting and eating. Craig and Asher are in Phoenix at a ball tournament as part of the Okotoks Dawgs U13 team. S grabbed a new toothbrush on the way home.

The snow continued to come down most of the day and has accumulated quite a pile. Back to the ranch S relaxed with hockey on TV and I caught up todays blog. We then moved to bed to watch hockey and read. I read till after 11 almost finishing my book which is due back tomorrow.
