Hello Fresh

Back to the traditional coffee in bed, yeah. Then it was time to get moving as the poor hungry horses stared at the house, I think they knew S was home or at least I might go toss them a bale. They were excited to see me in my coveralls heading out but disappointed when it was to go find an old window for a project I have going. Not long after S did head out and roll them a bale making them very happy.

needs some cleaning :)

Britt and Cooper rolled in at 11 as I was coming inside and S switched the forks for the blade to tidy the road. She and I got to work on 6 sewing projects she had to do. The massage gal called me asking in S was on his way, whoops. B ran out and let him know and he was off for his massage.

crazy Cooper

She and I added extra Velcro to skinny Coopers new coat, hemmed PJ pants and other clothes repairs and she took her turn at sewing up a toy Lexi the destruco tore up and a pillow cushion Coop renovated.

S was back after lunch and not long after B was headed to town for her massage at 2. Seems I missed my massage today ;) He bought a growler of beer from our local craft brewery so we gave it a try with our late lunch.

I was stoked when my Hello Fresh parcel arrived right to my door after 3. I did a live unboxing of it and everything.

 2 of the meals

B was back around 4 with another parcel, this one the replacement bag after WestJet damaged Shaina's S borrowed for the Hawaii trip. That was good of them.

S bought and hung the cats a heating lamp today after I suggested that might keep Mr J happy as he always wants in the garage. B took out a blanket to put under it and see her horses before she loaded up Cooper and headed for home at 5.

Time to whip up my first meal from my Hello Fresh box. It was fun and I felt like a chef on TV with all my ingredients. It tasted really good too and I don't even like beans.

S had gone to check on the kitties and found them soo happy with their new lamp then he was off to TV room for hockey. I have a desk to pick up in the city tomorrow and the gal who bought the cabinet and table will meet us on the way.

I hauled up the stenciled cabinet to load in the car then went to the white table. WTH!! I had put the red tray on it when moving stuff around in my "store" area and it was stuck to the table top. When it finally lifted it took off a few wee areas GRRRRRR. So off I went to repair this with sanding and more paint and a full top coat then drying with a hair dryer and leaving it for an hour before going back to sand and clear coat. Gosh darn my luck! I also took the red tray out and sanded and repainted the bottom, cause I am OCD like that. I caught a couple Netflix while waiting for it to dry, power sanded again then coated one last time after 11.

seeing I had white on a brush, I cleaned this up and dry brushed it white
