thanksgiving Monday

 Thanksgiving Monday was a cold one, the weather was blustery and snowy, perfect day for hot coffee in bed then move to a blazing fire. First fire of the season is always cozy. The internet was basically off all day due to the weather they claim but Sheldon has his work phone that kept him busy all day long. He had the perfect day off kicking back with internet, sports and the occasional nap.

The weather also called for some baking, Sheldon requested home made buns so I made him a pan. I started sorting the huge stack of photos I ordered while back for 2013. Kaylin arrived around 3 as they were just panned and rising. 

We got started on her bed frame project, sanding, scrubbing and painting black. I did an hour on my dresser glazing too. While the first coat dried we came in for taco supper. Kaylin kindly picked up fresh veggies for this favorite meal. Once done we were back out to put on another coat while Sheldon was back to his TV room full of sports. She headed for home at 8 once we were done leaving the sealing coats for me another day.and sampling a bun.
