Kuhn Christmas

Well it seems Air Canada is on the naughty list, Sheldon got delayed even longer with the flight not leaving till 1 AM!! When he got to the car park, the battery was dead! Luckily he parked at one with a booster truck on site. He got home , plugged in skid steer and crawled into be at 3:45 am ;( He was up and making coffee by 9 am though, excited to head to Medicine Hat for the Kuhn side family Christmas. He rolled out a bale as I packed up and once Shaina finally arrived at noon we were off.

A couple stops in town for fuel and teas and on the road. There was a detour in Brooks to pick up part of my Christmas gift to Sheldon, flames hockey tickets in the lower bowl for New Years Eve too. We arrived in time for cabbage rolls by 3 at Grama and Papa's. Quick change into our Christmas wear and we were off to Candace's for an evening full of festive fun.

The next morning was bright and sunny, coffee and visiting. Candace joined us, gifts and more food was followed with some cards and yet more food before we loaded up and headed back west making it home by 6:30 to balmy 0 temps. Shaina was off to the city, Sheldon to watch 3rd period of Flames game, Britt was off to a hockey party and sleep over at Brooke's, while I finished the book I started on Friday called Between Sisters. Did I mention the game was over and Sheldon was sleeping by 8, even after sleeping most of the way home? Seems like he may have caught up now on missing sleep.
