Monday projects were under way after Britt was up and getting ready for work for 9:30-3, she even made coffee and brought me a delicious hot cup, thanks B!!
the dining table got a new top.. this time I used chalk paint and did a wash then sealed it with one coat. the chairs got the treatment too

After lunch I headed out into what I thought was a cool day but it was a beautiful warm day requiring a costume change. Seems the forest fires in the states are wreaking havoc on the air quality. I collected seeds, pulled dead plants and cut back plants. The horses enjoyed the over grown lettuce.
Britt grabbed some groceries after work and once home headed out to ride as I mowed all the lawn. All this rain made for long green lush grass, yeah!!
speaking of Britt.. this is the earring back we lost.. the large disco ball (of course) so if anyone sees a similar pair for sale let us know
and here is a gorgeous piece she did for me for my birthday or mother's day, LOVE it B, just need to frame and hang. Shaina did say I have 3 artsy daughters that could make me art vs me buying, glad one did!
After I cooked a yummy home cooked meal I was out in the shop again, this time scrubbing the beer fridge out moving to the master bathroom.. when on a roll why stop. Shaina came out after work bringing me a tea and to spend the night, Thanks Dude!
