Saturday was a beauty day. Between working in the garage finishing up current projects I spent time outside putting away summer decor. Sheldon worked on replacing 2 rails that were cracked by the trusty steeds and draining hoses to put away. We also staked a poor spruce tree finally and it looks so much better.
I finished these up and staged a few pictures, painted another frame... scone ;-)

and I have this dresser top which may not be used so removed the mirror and could put in the rustic one, what you think?
Britt was over at Matts by 10:30 and Sheldon went over to help her get all the implements running etc as Matt was away. She spent 6 solid hours mowing and sucking up leaves finally getting home at 4:30. Everyone showered and by 6 we were off to the Hat. A quick stop in Brooks for a fast supper and it was on to Candace's for a social evening and check out her newly renovated kitchen.
Sunday was yet another gorgeous day. It was spent visiting the Kuhn side. Kaylin and Shaina arrived just after lunch and we all went to visit GG Grama who sadly had to spend her holiday w/e in the hospital. She was in great spirits and hoping to get out on Tuesday. Having all the Kuhn kids together, Candace and I organized some group shots to document the momentous occasion. It was great to see everyone.
After a delicious turkey dinner we headed back west with Britt chauffeuring us. Again a quick stop in Brooks for a pumpkin tea and she had us safely at home by 9 pm. Shaina stayed the night as she works tomorrow.
