Day 806 started with another panic on Britt's part.. 7:07 she flies in saying text her boss she overslept after the crazy night. By 7:09 she was out the door!! I was up then as I have training at work today starting at 8:30 however after getting there a bit before the gal was late and it started after 9. We went out for lunch then back to work. I finished up by 2 and grabbed a new bucket for minerals before heading home.
At the ranch the fellows picked up a new battery and alternator and headed to the city, amazingly the truck started after installation and they were back home when I got there. Sam was riding Baby getting spins and such out of her today while Adam and Shaina observed.
I filled the mineral buckets, far trough and started watering trees and flowers. I also planted the mugo pine too hoping it will like its new location. The day was another scorcher at 28 but later in the afternoon the wind got crazy. Shaina and the "boys" headed off to stampede around 3. While I did this Sheldon sharpened my lawn mower blades then he changed front brakes and rotors on Britt's car. She eventually woke up after napping after work to help pass tools and learn what he was doing.

Back in the house I cooked up hamburger goulash for Britt Sheldon and I then she went downstairs, Sheldon went to change rear end oil on his truck, installed outdoor faucet tap guts & shocked the well while I updated the blog for last 4 days. I forced Britt to go ride Bird for a bit so she eventually went for a quick bare back stretch around the pen for a bit. The stampeders arrived home at 3:30 am greeted loudly by Diego.
