Thrift shopping

Coffee in bed with Renn is a trip highlight. S did his 5 polar dives. Board games were always on the go along with snacks and beverages.

This house lemon trees along the one side. We used so many, nothing better then fresh lemon.

stretching and prepping for the plunge

Scrabble challenge on. When they were off to feed Renn S sat down to try his hand. Be darned if he did not come up with this word then added the L for quilter for Kaylin. Nathan had already called her the winner he said but this beauty for sure would have clinched it.

After lunch Britt, Shaina, Sheldon and I went on a thrift/vintage & antique store tour. Boysis family stayed back with under the weather little Renn and themselves feeling a bit sick.

SOOOOO much stuff in these stores.

Shaina spied her dream vehicle on our trek.

We of course had to show the girls Marilyn.

Naughty Sheldon had to look up her skirt. FYI she had bloomers on.

Shaina found some rings was the only score. We did however get our steps in.

Back at the house it was relax in the remaining sunshine of the day with a cold beverage. Some had a nap, OK 1 had a nap. There was even an arm wrestle. Shaina got some work done too.

We then loaded up and headed east to the “BIG” target. Before shopping we ate at “Islands”. This chain is basic vanilla .. no one was thrilled with any of the choices. Renn, Sheldon and I walked around Target while the rest shopped. Poor Renn is still fighting something. Even with an attempted feed she was getting tired of the shopping. Next was a stop at Dick’s where all went in but K, R and I who stayed in the car. She ate and felt a bit better being able to stretch out with her Mom on the back seat. Britt finally found her elusive green Stanley cup. Nathan bought a cap. Back to the house for some games and relaxing. B and S watched Baywatch and I read a bit of my book. Defiantly not getting much read.
