RAIN!!!!

The most amazing start to the Sunday was rain rolling in around 8 and staying for a good 3 hours and even popping back now and then. Loads of thunder and lightening accompanied it but in the end there was 8/10ths (2 cm) YAHOO!!! Britt was up making us coffee and heading to work for the day, thanks B!

Seeing it a lazy rainy day I sorted sheets/towels to give to city girls then spent a couple hours putting photos into albums, 900 to be exact and thank goodness they were all ready sorted as that would take even longer. This however only takes me to November 2012 so I need another rainy day to order to date and then once get them printed another rain day to sort and put in albums, Oh My!

Sheldon spent most of the day watching sports and the stampede. The sun peeked thru around 2 and once the rodeo ended at 4 he kindly went out to scoop out the water trough since it was mainly empty but full of algae. I had horse and human laundry on the go while a chicken roasted in the oven for supper. Although the morning was cooler with rain, temperatures hit 26 once the sun came out making for a HUMID evening, wow!

Julio is not happy until he finds a mud puddle after the rain, here he shares his goodies with miss Lola as usual
