chalk board day

Monday was off to a good start until I asked Mom which kind person sent the small table. Well that is mine, the one I wanted you to paint BLUE!! Sweet Jesus, are you joking.. it is a really pretty yellow and has 4 people interested, one wanting to come today! Well isn't this a pickle ;-) it is no longer for sale folks hahaha

The day started brisk and overcast but in the garage I was busy making chalkboards.. and many
and I LOVE power tools, I may be addicted to them and once get my stock caught up actually try building a piece

 my frames all before

and the chalk board painting assembly line!
I also started a sweet jewel box and knew my new cameo color would be perfect to go with the rich burgundy velvet lining.

Time to buff and stage the coral projects from yesterday

Sheldon harrowed the remaining hay field poop spreadings after lunch
and once Britt was home from school and he home from dropping johnny off at Matt's to help harvest they spent and hour finishing a few areas of the rails. Buy now the sun was out and beautiful. I restocked the horse minerals and loved the 22 degree weather. The sun even heated the house so much we had to uncover the AC and run it as the house was now 26 degrees in late afternoon.
this big frame just needed a good cleaning and some hardware

first few chalk boards were now dray and reassembled
I was obsessed in the garage until late and look at the frame I found, it has similar wood and mat matching the jewel box so I did it up too
