I enjoyed my caps and a bit of marketing before heading out at 10 to pitch the boys hay and give pills. The girls were along the trees so hiked out there and gave theirs too. On way back I checked the salt in house shelter but it seems there is 8"of crap water in the whole shelter. (not to self don't have your yoga pants on outside of your boots) I loaded a bucket with salt and took it back to the far shelter, cleaned it out with snow and filled for the girls to get there. It was so nice out!!
Time to get the transfers on the painted pieces. This took most of the day to do.
A lady contacted me yesterday to custom paint a bench her son made and today they messaged to drop off. The did so at 12:30. After I finished up the transfers I hauled the bench to the garage after taking the top off for easier staining and painting.
The top was stained with the latest gel stain then I made up snow white milk paint for the base.
It was odd as it dried grey in places. Hmmm will see what happens after second coat.
Seeing it is staying lighter longer and such a great day I ventured out after 5 to toss the boys hay. I decided to take the ranger and a small square and put out in the paddock. The boys were very pleased with this choice.
Inside it was time for a yummy salad with a side of meat pie. Seeing they are all mixed in the freezer it is a surprise. And I was surprised as I got the spicy Mexican from cinco di mayo limited edition. S reminded me of the halftime show for the super bowl just in time for me to pop it on to watch, wow those Latina girls can shake it! A gal had said she was intersted in the green vanity but tonight confirmed she will indeed pick up this week, yeah!! Then it was onto marketing while watching a couple more Next in Fashion moving to my comfy bed before 10. I did go out and put another coat of stain on the bench top before 9 so it dries well overnight.
