painting resumes

Another sunny day in store, great start to the week they say will end with cold and snow ;( S got himself ready to head north and did head out to stack some small bales on the skid steer if I need this week.

I started painting the jumbo dresser grey. Prince made us tuna sandwiches with a side of cold beer for lunch. I like being on the end of that deal, thank you! He was then off to do a few stops before his 5 pm flight north as I was putting on the 2nd coat of grey on the dresser.

I decided to start another project while I let the dresser dry well overnight before the next step. I chose the matching end table to the mission coffee table. I lightly sanded it, wiped it clean and stained the top then painted the base the warm white. While the first coat dried I started writing the blog then headed out to put the 2nd coat on before calling it a night..
