rodeo finals

Heritage day Monday.. Britt was up by 9 putting on her nurses hat. I helped her get Shiloh hosed and doctored and the stall cleaned out and refilled, with shavings, hay and fresh water. Sharon stopped to check on his update and visit for an hour or so.

 I staged and photographed the frame now it is almost dry.. that black wax takes forever

Sheldon was off to the chucks with Matt after 12 and my customers rolled in around 12:30. They bought not only the teapot dresser but one of my window frames too!

Britt spent her day in the basement as I put the black wax on the entire dresser. I finished just after 3 so rushed to get ready and we headed out the door to the finals for the rodeo performance.

We then hustled home to meet Stephanie - Britt's new roommate and to catch Bird and KD and run them to Murray. The girls got an in depth lesson from Murray on Horse physiology and how it affects them. He gave an extended visit today but there also was not a line of trailers behind us too.

Back at home we let them out in the swarms of mosquitoes. Not long after the two girls headed to town to OJ's as I worked on the blog and Sheldon remained prone in the TV room watching a ball game.
