Paint is a flying

I was awake early OCDing over the table underside and gifts left on my list. I eventually started a list then had my last coffee served in bed for the week. S spent the morning doing intel on a new investment and phone calls and internet searching. I went out to spray Bird's foot then moved on to marketing and accounting before a customer stopped at 11 to pick up the cream salt and pepper set. Thanks Diane.

Next was hand painting a secret project and got the layout for the Disney ruler, tracing #'s then started painting the white numbers as Sheldon headed off to the airport around 2. He did kindly drop the latest Etsy parcel off to make its way to USA,

I moved on to the table taking off the legs and cutting in the inside of the apron in grey then made up new milk paint for the entire bottom again cutting it all in. Note to self, stop trying to move along as it takes more time to go backwards when your OCD kicks in. However once done it looked fabulous.

Now I managed to turn it over and use the remaining paint and coat the top in a 3rd coat. I stained another wide board for a project all sides and left all to dry.

Back inside I traced on the kids names and painted then red while watching Netflix. White got another touch up coat then red followed by the white markings. Whew!! so much getting done. Now to write a couple HomeTalk posts while starting season 7 of Scandal. I did one for the black curvy chair and the teal bread box.

While waiting for Lola I put away all the supplies and sanded the table top. Finishing up the personal blog it was after 11:30, time for a shower and get into bed to read my new book.
