Aislyn for a visit

We were once again fogged in upon waking and -12. I perused Instagram for a bit then got up and made coffee. The coffee boy slipped on his prep job last night. I got marketing underway for the day. Mom called for a catch up at 9. My silly house phone died after an hour. I called her back on the cell to finish up the call.

The fog burned off at 10 am with bright sunshine taking over. S worked on his power spreadsheet on the big computer but took a break to let the cats out. I applied the 2 gold painted molds to the bottle and decided I needed another. It was painted and glued on too. 

S helped me carry the grey dining table downstairs. I then hauled up our end tables and cleaned each for their makeover. One had an unbalance but my creative mind added some hot glue to the 2 shorter ones. It worked like magic. I got them set up in the garage.

We had goulash for lunch with the news. S took H for a walk. I hauled the matching coffee table up, wiped and put on work table in garage. Amanda dropped Aislyn off after 1. She is helping in Archer's class today. Ais hauled out a pile of stuffies and toys to be around Harley's kennel. She is a dog trainer you know. She was the in house doctor hairdresser. S had a phone meeting at 1:30 that he took on the deck in the sunshine.

I had to send Britt a picture of her earrings as B loves those same kind. They are twins for sure !

Aislyn and I played fish. Out game was just over when Amanda arrived before 3. We played another game together before they headed home. In the meantime Sharon and a couple friends stopped to meet her horses. Sheldon had another phone meeting at 2:30 but took it in the winter pasture approach. In the ranger, after sniping 2 gophers.

I took Bird's feed out but seeing S gave them oats when saying hi to the ladies she did not want to eat. I visited with the gals before they all set off. Inside S was on yet another phone call. I staged a few pics of the floral bottle.

I cooked us a delicious salmon perogy supper. The Flames played early tonight at 5:30 which took over all attention for one of us. I worked on the blog. We went for a hot tub after the Flames victory. After a rinse S was back to TV room for Oilers game. I ordered a patio set!! I am stoked for it to arrive along with spring! Then it was off to bed to read.
