Today is get back to work day, Sheldon flew late again leaving by 5 am but will be working nights this week. I got going on paint projects as there are a few challenges I need to finish. Sanding and scrubbing filled the morning. I plan to do my Cece Caldwell rep Chesapeake blue project as this chair
and possibly these two in a new chalk paint by General finishes for the FFF January contest.
Back at it after a quick snack, I started painting the chair blue. Once dry it got a heavy power sand to show some of the many layers of paint it has received (5 I can see for sure)
can you see the 5 colors I do.. cream, grey, red, yellow and lastly brown, there could be more ;)

Loving the plus 2 today. It seems my GF paint sample may be at the post office so will have to make a run to town. So after a lady arrived to pickup the new filters Sheldon bought in wrong size, I headed to town at 5. So exciting it is still light out then and was just getting dark as I arrived back home at 5:30 with a take out Vietnamese supper and my Saje parcel, NOT the paint ;(.
Shaina text good news today, she is hired at a nearby sports bar starting this Tuesday, day after they return from their New York City adventure, congrats Shain
the little table got a good sanding and I found this piece of wood to fill in the drawer area, just need the paint!!

Stuck waiting for paint.. I had a hot tub and caught up on a few more Scandal episodes ;)
