Great news to start the day with a call from a gal wanting to buy the pine chest, right on, they were out by noon for it.
I did housework while juggling garage sale pick ups which was awesome to get things out the door and the plus 10 weather made it so much easier. Britt and Sheldon had a more relaxed lazy day but Sheldon did go roll out a hay bale for the horses and folded a load of laundry for me, thanks deary! B put in a pizza for lunch ;) then both napped while I finished up my vintage shadow box. I LOVE it, perfect colors to hold my Great Aunt Marg's (AKA God Mother) delicate hankies and grand and great grandma's sparkly jewelry. It now hangs right near my bed where I can see daily rather then stored in boxes.
I also posted my store and open house dates..
I woke B from her nap and rousted Sheldon from the big comfy bed watching the Flames game so we could head out the door and try and make the horse food store by 4. In the end we were few minutes late but she had it all ready to go. Next stop was Michaels to find a frame for Britt's art work she did me. Unfortunately due to holiday hours we missed the gun store by 5 minutes!! No new gun for Sheldon ;(
hibiscus margarita anyone?
Time to eat, Open Sesame was Britt's choice. It was very good in the end but again being a holiday it took forever to get our food and we ended up late for our 7 pm meeting. However in the end, we got allot done at the meeting, Rocky Mountain Polocrosse and Equestrian Club is a big go. We finished up just before 10 and made our way home.
