Back to workshop for me

Beans slept through most of the night, only rustling around at 6 when he began to snore. He eventually quieted down, and we all slept until after 8. Harley decided to sleep in the garage, which might have curbed his curiosity. Then the day began as usual with additional dog chaos tug game.

We dismantled the makeshift kennel around the large dog bed and set up the tree. S returned the tree box and pen fence to the shed. I began adding color to the coffee table, then paused to make potato soup for lunch while waiting for the client's feedback. As the fog rolled in, S browsed the internet and his favorite marketplace, relaxing in his big brown.

The customer loved the dark black contrasting look so I spent over an hour applying the final touches to the table's finish in the garage before heading inside to join S who was still perusing his laptop.

such a crafty little girl

During my Spanish lesson, I was pleasantly interrupted by a notification of an Etsy sale. Surprisingly, it was for a large red sign. Unfortunately, the ongoing postal strike has complicated the delivery, prompting me to seek an alternative shipping method.

one year ago today

For supper, we enjoyed cabbage rolls, courtesy of Ma K. I was then back to working on blog posts and taking Beans out for potty breaks. S watched sports and his laptop.

Britt was out to feed in what felt like biting cold, more piercing than the actual temperature. I considered using the hot tub but decided against it due to the chill. Instead I enjoyed a bath while watching '1883' and while S watched hockey. Then, at 8, he joined me, and we continued watching episodes of 'Yellowstone' until past 11.
