How fitting we arrive home for the first day of winter It is also Mom's birthday! Happy day. We managed to sleep in until after 8:30, which was 9:30 Mexican time. Harley too, Britt left her last night after feeding to greet us once we got home. My first order of business was to contact FedEx regarding the delivery of my new phone. S made coffee and delivered a cup to me I tried to sort it out, and then he back to bed to relax and peruse the news.

I then proceeded to catch up on emails, marketing, accounting, and publishing a new tutorial the green demi-lune table. Plant watering was next on the agenda. S returned by noon. Laundry was sorted and started, then grilled cheese and toad in the holes were prepared. S took a nap while I organized my travel bag and emptied our suitcase. We tackled the couch vacuum then S finished up the rest of the floors while I packaged Christmas gifts, taking breaks to swap and fold laundry. B and Coop headed home after 4. I prepared a mushroom burger goulash for supper, having not cooked for over a week. It feels good to get this all caught up as I am going to help K & N for the next few days seeing they have been handling everything on their own since Nate's surgery and K works next 2 days before taking a Christmas break.
