Harley is back to her 6 am outing and today seeing it was plus 4 she took longer to meander around. After back to kennel and bed we had a repeated morning. With my coffee I got some marketing done then got to work on the jewelry box. Today is
blue Monday (blue as in sad) so painting blue is my homage to it. It is another sunny start to the week which makes me feel good as were the cats once I let them out. The jewelry box had peacock transfers added after the blending was done. I forgot photos from yesterday so be sure to go back and check out the full wolf moon and new dresser scored.
Gold was brushed in the crevices with a wee brush.
The day did cloud over though around lunch. I created an
Etsy ad for the tote. H and I went out to feed horses in the now +7. Seeing it was so nice and a storm is coming (my headache all day confirms the weather change) H and I continued on for a long walk. Mom called while we were out so chatted as I walked. Back in the house the sun came out around 2:30 and the temperature rose even more to +9. The jewelry box was vacuumed, clear and dark waxed and now ready to stage.
H was fed after we took raw food and put cats away. The next task I have had on my to do list forever was move my Dixie Belle paint to the narrow shelved shelving unit so I can see all my colors. Other tables were wiped and tidied then moved on to B's messy food prep area and the washer top area. Much better!
Britt popped out with Cooper at 6:30, she and I loaded up the blankets and drove to the pit area and put on Pepper, Bird, Beibs and KD for the impending storm to come. The wind just started to blow and is already ugly. Back at the house we let the dogs play ball on south side of house sheltered from the wind then they were off after 7. I finished up computer work, hit the shower and crawled into bed to watch my Aussie drama as the temperatures dropped and the storm kicked in. Blue Monday turned to a whiteout.
Along with the photos I forgot yesterday and added I also forgot to share the funny video of Lexi and Harley playing tug on Friday
