another hot rodeo day **picture heavy**

Saturday was a lovely day again around 31 degrees. I quickly put the first coat of poly on my wood pieces before Sheldon, Britt and I went to watch the rodeo in the roasting sun picking up Grady on our way.

 Tara Muldoon on Revy

We made a quick run for cash and Opa between rodeo and set up for Running of the bulls. What a crazy show that was with one broken leg, one big crash for an older guy and a twisted ankle for a giraffe.

Niki Flundra liberty show, one talented lady

many attempts to move the horse out of his way

first casualty before he was taken out in the quad

2nd, this guy got a broken leg

still checking out broken leg guy, once stabilized he waited on the back board

 Sheldon, where are your eyes??

all done for night one, broken leg dude gets his ride to the ambulance

We took in the chucks from the infield on the man lift, saw one wagon go down but all 4 horses were fine in the end, whew!

chaos but luckily it was a swallowed tongue which cuts off air, once the others were removed and he had fallen the tongue moves allowing him to breathe and all 4 were safely taken back to the trailers

Matt sponsored Ross Knight in the Premium Ag tarp wagon

Matt and friends joined us and we, minus Grady and Britt, went back to the driver Matt was sponsoring, Ross Knight. We got to meet the horses, check out the portable barn, see the horses get a warm pressure wash and so on before we ended up going to the cabaret. This ended in a very late or early depending on your take night. Shaina met us there after her long day working a golf tournament and see came home with us along with Matt who I dropped at his door. Grama and Papa had arrived to celebrate Sheldon's birthday tomorrow.
