November is Speeding By

Holy, it’s Sunday already—the time is absolutely whipping by. I made and delivered coffees to a sleeping in Sheldon, who then scrambled to get dressed and out the door for church. I settled in with my own coffee and got to work on blog posts, publishing the last couple of days once they were polished up.

My scheduled Hometalk post for the black headboard went live yesterday, yeah. Harley was sent outside on a bison-treat treasure hunt seeing nice out and continuing her birthday week treats. Grama and Papa’s tables received their 5th and final coat of stain oil, and while I had the rag out, I gave our own acid-damaged dining tabletop a quick blend.

Then it was back into wedding day Part 3—I put in five hours the other day and a couple more today. S returned from church with teas, pairing his with leftover KFC for brunch. While the videos uploaded, I tackled some boring but necessary chores: vacuuming and washing floors.

S headed out to unload the skid steer, load a crate of wood on a guy’s trailer, and park the dump trailer. I popped up the Christmas tree between blog videos uploading and cleaning.

I finally wrapped up Part 3 of the wedding blog after 2 p.m., grabbed a piece of KFC for a late lunch, and went outside. B and Coop had just arrived to feed, S joined me, the dogs, and even the cats for a walk. B headed home after 3.

S settled in with his laptop, waiting for the Grey Cup to start, while I wrapped up the big floor tidy. Eventually we both ended up in the TV room—he dove into the game with a cold beer, and I watched for a bit before heading up to cook supper. He came up long enough to fill his plate (and grab more beer), then I washed the pots and pans before finishing computer work then on to an evening with more Netflix. I finished the Selling OC season with a workout while watching too.

In the city, the Christmas decor has gone up

After the Grey Cup ended and sports highlights S was up and out for a hot tub. When he was back in, we finished Being Eddie then started a new series The Beast In Me.

  1. Christmas is just around the corner. I might put my tree up this Sunday! Was nice that Amanda came to visit Ron with me today.
