Shinny and priming

The ground was covered with a light cover of snow when H went out at 4 am. Cooper jumped into bed after B dropped him off early. It was -7 when we had coffee, brr. S did hot tub care then down to his zoom exercise class at 10. I got working on the coffee table again. I was not a fan of the roller painted top. There were lines and slight textured feel so sanded and brushed on a coat. SO much better.

The custom called mirror was addressed next. It had brackets removed, one edge sanded, a good wipe down and colors sent to decide which color of gold.

I met S back inside where he scarfed down a big bowl of soup. Shinny is at noon today so he loaded up his gear and was off at 11:30. I got to work sorting, and deleting photos after loading on posts and such. This task always takes a bit as I take allot of photos. And they have to be uploaded in many places before deleting if paint or blog related. Back to the garage to put a coat of primer on the mirror.

S arrived as I was finishing up. He rolled a partial bale out for the horses. Housework was up next as well as plant care. S did some investing and burger customer contacting. He also put the last rope light on the south deck railing edge.

Happy hour was wine Kaylin and Nathan brought us a couple years back from Kelowna for watching Lexi. Cheers!

I was going to cook supper but decided to finish the chili up. Perfect. Britt picked up Vietnamese. Ate some then took Cooper to sorority house. I went and put a 2nd coat of primer on mirror while S watched his Flames. During the Flames hockey intermission we had a hot tub soak. Once it ended we finished the last episode in All The Light We Cannot See.
