KISS concert

Harley knew something was up and followed me everywhere packing up to leave for the weekend. Our plans were to leave mid morning and stop at Benbow’s on way to Edmonton. The ordered freezer thru a wrench in that. The delivery status was skewed. I made calls, S made a call - all with different info. Finally at 11 I confirmed it would NOT be delivered today but rather Tuesday.

We were on the road north leaving dogs to keep each other company and rest for the day. We stopped at Tim's in Airdrie to grab lunch and a tea. We arrived at the Sandman just before 3. Checked in and text Joeleen and Todd to join us in our room for a catchup. We had reservations for 5:30 at Chop in the hotel. The prime rib was scrumptious!!

And here is his demon act... I hope the little kids were warned before coming to the show

and the light shows

The hotel was connected with walkways to Rogers Place. It was my first time in this building. KISS put on an epic concert. It had the most amazing stage show with pyrotechnics, confetti cannons, streamers, giant balloons dropped from the ceiling, blow up giant characters and spectacular light show. We stopped for a night cap on way to hotel before saying goodnight/goodbye as Turners were leaving early net morning.
