It is back to routine at the ranch. H went out before 8 then slept till 9, once fed it was coffee and marketing for me. S went to let out cats and plug in his skid steer only to find the battery dead. It seems he left a light on and found there is a complete kill switch that should be turned off when not used for awhile. The battery charger was left on to charge while he had more coffee. I finished the boxing up of the trinket box ready to go south.
Once the battery was charged S rolled out a bale for the very happy horses.
I did some tiny touchups on one of the rulers after I got all the labels on a photo taken.
S headed for the airport before 2 as I was heading out to feed the horses. It was now at zero and sunny so a great time to do so (as per B's request) before the impending storm hits. S dropped my Etsy package at the mail and made a few other stops before setting off for a full work week. Seeing it was so nice out, Harley and I then looped the west half to get our steps in. Where the bale was rolled out we found barbed wire along with 2 more pieces hanging on the fence S pulled out of the bale. Do you remember he rolled up part of the north fence? Seems in more then one bale :)
Shaina was off to town at 5:30 to work out then grab supper as I ate the left over salmon meal from last week. I worked on a new tutorial for the secretary desk finishing it up when Britt arrived to put blankets on a couple horses, put cats way and Cooper's poop break. It was now down to -10 and the wind picking up. She passed Shaina coming home on her way out at 7:30. I carried on with posting the new tutorial, catching up the blog and watching my iPad while doing so. Shaina ate and off to her room. I watched about 3 Royal House of Windsor episodes from the comfort of my bed before shutting out the lights for the night. It seems the documentary is "royal biased" as they are not very flattering to Princess Diana ;(
