They do thermal imaging and drill 2 holes thru the concrete to assess. Above right they found unfinished area under the tub so filled it.

Lola was excited to take a car ride and get the couch at the vets that Cooper usually calls
There were a few more stops once we left picking up parcels, consignment $, some groceries, an iced coffee (it is $1 drink days at McDonalds did you know?) then back to the ranch by 1. The radon fellows had taken a lunch break and were back at it. After eating our sushi lunch, Sheldon of course had to go get right in the thick of things to learn.
I headed to the garage to finish dark waxing the cabinet. It looks lovely, now if it only sells quick. The wind had picked up squelching any further weed spray plans so S worked on a crossword when not chatting up the fellows. They finished up before 4, gave him the instructions going forward and of course got paid. We should now by radon free.
This is the installed radon mitigation unit inside and out
Back to his crossword while I headed out in the lovely warm 32 degree day to hand water my pots, plants and garden and pull more spent plants. As the days get shorter and the month slips away, so does summer. ;(
and they sealed the floor crack
For supper we enjoyed barbecued burgers and yummy veggies. The wind finally let up around 7 when I took the watermelon and veggie peelings out and gave Pep his last 4cyte dose and his pill. What a beauty night still at 31. Time to get the hutch listed for sale on the sites and shared on Instagram and Creative Moments page. S enjoyed his evening trying to finish that crossword. I went back out at 8:30, it was still 28 degrees and pruned spent flower heads and took horses some apples. What a beauty night. CTV says it is the hottest day this year so far.
