fathers day

Happy fathers day to Sheldon, Grandy and Papa! Hope you have a fabulous day.

We enjoyed coffee and a relaxing start to the day. The girls are planning to come celebrate and the meal was chosen by the prince, his favorite tacos. I got everything we had here ready to go and Britt ran to town to pick up the missing items. She picked up Kaylin and Lexi in town who had stayed over after a wedding last night.

what the heck Cooper.. S to the rescue to get rid of this

S ran out and put up 2 rails where horses had broke them and tossed a bit of hay, thanks big guy. Then he got showered up for his big day. B was back with her ride alongs, groceries, a treatsa pizza for dessert and ice caps for us, THANKS B!
I got this flowering peony from Mom's yesterday to go with the ones from Amanda's that still are not blooming

K hauled out a few photo albums for a fun reminiscence. Shaina arrived after 1 as I was getting the taco meat cooked up. Once all ready we enjoyed it in the sunshine on the deck. It was a bit breezy for games outside so we came in and played at the table while watching home videos. Oh the memories.

Sharon called to have Britt come check out Shiloh who is lame, she and I ran down quick for her to assess. Sharon popped over to grab the bute we had on hand.

K and S decided to nap so B ad I went out to ride. Prince came out to watch and threw the polocrosse balls to us as well. He then reloaded the bale pallet while we did cool down, hosing and feeding.

Back to the house where we woke the girls and decided to start a fire for another one of Sheldon's favorite things. It was a gorgeous evening. The city girls headed home around 8. Dave came out and joined us around the fire and before you know it, it was 1 am when we decided we best call it quits and B and Dave work tomorrow ;) What a great fathers day for the prince.
