Barbecue at the Paetz's

Relaxing morning was spent visiting and laughing over coffee and raisin toast. We eventually got dressed and ran to town to load up on Deb's favorite Canadian treats to take back and some groceries. We also grabbed KFC popcorn chicken and A&W fries/gravy before coming home to eat it with a cold beer.

We then headed out to do a fun photo shoot s I need a new head shot for my biz. Of course there was lots of photo bombing animals to entertain us and it was pretty roasty hot at another 27 day.

Devilled eggs were whipped up along with some onion dip/chips and it was time to head to Paetz's for a barbeque supper. Archer got his belated birthday gifts and Deb took the kids bubbles that were a big hit. Britt even joined in on her way home working late from work. Lots of fun was had and the meal was so yummy. We all headed home around 9:30. We worked for a bit on the puzzle started today, got the dogs in and called it a night around 11. I watched another Call the Midwife before shutting the lights out.
