days are a blur

Monday was uncle Ken's funeral in Medicine Hat. Sheldon, Britt, Coco and I were on our way by 11 making a quick stop at Grama and Papa's to drop Coco off. It was a super hot 34 day. The service was really nice with a couple really pretty guitar solos and a great eulogy Mom wrote and I shared with everyone. We headed into some well needed air conditioning for a visit and a bite to eat.

Auntie Candace came to Grama and Papa's to visit and have some more food there before we left for home later in the evening.

Tuesday morning, Sheldon was off to town to run errands. I had some calls answered and was off to the city to pick up Kaylin and Shaina. We spent the day remembering Mike. Shaina spent the allot of the day coming up with a really nice memory video. Sheldon and Britt ran to spend a bit of time with Roo and did more errands in town before he headed to his 3 hour rodeo meeting. I arrived home after 10:30 filling with fuel on way past town.

Wednesday, another sad day for us all. Britt had to get back to work so was off early. Sheldon drove his tractor to town and was given a ride back. We were then off to the city to pick up the girls and head to the celebration of Mikey. We enjoyed meeting many of his friends and hearing the many stories of his well lived life. He definitely made an impact on many. Lots of tears and laughs were shared back at the house well into the evening.
