I was up after 8 dressed and up to let H out of the kennel S put her in for the night at 8:30. Snow had covered the ground and the temperature had indeed dropped to -16!! Mom and I called Dad who expressed again how amazing the party was. I am so glad it all worked out so well. Sheldon was now up with hot coffee served followed by Dale and Stacie arriving for breakfast.
We all visited, Dale popped in to get Mya in time for lunch. Travis arrived too to join in. We loaded up Harley and made out way over the treacherous roads at 1. They were curling rink like till the Youngstown corner but returned around Pollockville then at the river it turned to luge track conditions. It was a slow ride home arriving at the ranch after scooping the mail quick after 4. B was here prepping horse food then out to feed them H had to wait before she could head out to play with Cooper.
The car was unloaded, S gave cats some raw and was shoveling the walk for the gal to pick up bison at 5. The snow started coming down in big fluffy flakes and stayed for the night. I cooked up HF meal #2; spiced chicken tabbouleh which was yum.
A hot soak in the tub again with glittery blue bath salts was perfect way to end the w/e. Relaxing in bed and tickling S's back had him in a deep sleep in short order. While he slept I started the new episodes of Wentworth.
