chopped my hair for cancer

Sadly today was not like yesterday sunshine wise. The temperature hit the same but the morning started minimal wind ending in torrential winds. the sprayer fellows were here after 7 and got the weed spray down.

Off to town for the big haircut for cancer. Sheldon dropped me at Amanda's where Kaylin already was then headed off to do his errands. Chop Chop.. off came over 10"

Kaylin who was in town to do some wedding makeup kindly applied a bit more for me for the makeover. Thanks to two of my favorite girls for the refresh.

Sheldon was back around 1 to pick me up with Kaylin leaving just ahead of us. We drove thru the A&W drive thru on our route home ;)

once dry I removed curlers for these bouncy curls.. they did get split up for a softer look but man they sure felt light and bouncy

We were off to our evening out with Sheldon's coworkers and wives around 5:30. Cibo was the venue with a nice supper and get together. Following our supper we headed across the street to Made by Marcus ice cream parlor. The line was very long and took over half an hour to get thru but with lots of visiting to be had it went fast. The ice cream was good and worth the wait. I had the LEMON CURD BLUEBERRY while sheldon had VALRHONA CHOCOLATE & WHISKEY HAZELNUT PRALINE in a waffle cone.

I drove us home where Britt and her gaggle of girls were having a pre drinking gab session. They were off soon after around 11 for the bar and getting back home at 1:30 with a ride from DD Kyra and Cassie stayed over, night girls. Sheldon tried to watch the Oilers game but was asleep in no time as I watched some paint videos.
