Baby Renn goes home

Monday am I took K’s car with the car seat in it back to the hospital around 7:30. It was a quiet morning. After a busy night. Little miss even went to the nursery for an hour. K got a bit of a sleep too while I snuggled sweet little Renn. 

K prepped for her departure. Seems they both dressed in a soft sage green outfit.

Look how tiny she is in her infant car seat! I forgot to grab the newborn insert so propped her head with a swaddle outfit.

K and Renn finally got released around 1. We walked to the car, loaded up Renn and Kaylin drove home. Nathan was at home getting tasks done and working. First up for K was a shower. One of the best feelings for sure.

Beans met the baby. He is very curious for sure. I organized the spare bedroom. K got in a few naps between feeds.  Shaina stopped by.  She has a daily plan to do this going forward. Lexi met Renn too. She went back home with Shaina for the night.

Sheldon sent this snap of him and Har. He helped B with her tires after work and she gave H her last cartrophen shot. S then loaded up Harley and headed to Medicine Hat to visit Ma and Pa K for a night.

I took Beans for a walk in the evening and to the dog park. K was napping and Nathan was snuggling Renn. It was a lovely evening. I bunked in with K and Renn. We watched a Netflix show then Secrets of Tampa Zoo till late.
