clean house

Coffee and Diego seem to go hand in hand ;) today he was a bit later. Sheldon and I enjoyed a coffee and relax before the cleaning gals arrived just after 9. Of course there were a few last minute tidys ;)
As they got busy so did I in the garage painting finally. I spent the 7 hours they cleaned working on the small wood table, Auntie's chair and polishing up the antique electrical box.

Sheldon joined me in the garage for a bit before heading to town for his errands and acupuncture with my gal finally. He was kind enough to drop the most recent frame at a local store and she bought it right away, thanks Shel!

He got back around 2 with teas, yeah!! and proceeded to do a board count for the arena area and scouting wood prices. The girls finished up just after 3, it is soooo nice to have a tidy house all at once. Sheldon got ready for his man date at the Flames game and was off grabbing beer  to restock on his way just after 3:30.

I worked on changing the rustic pumpkins to presents to donate to a local arena fundraiser

and stage the knob to show how great for a towel holder

auntie's chair got distressed too

Sheldon was back home before 11 with a Flames win but chalked it up as not the most interesting game ;/ The daily high of 7 was a nice change from the colder yesterday. Fingers crossed it stays but not looking good.
